Job summary

Quantbot in Gurugram, India seeks a versatile junior professional to work directly with the Founders on strategic initiatives, market research, and cross-functional projects from ideation to execution.

You will build business analyses, dashboards, and frameworks for leadership, identify bottlenecks, and help drive growth, partnerships, and GTM efforts in a fast-paced startup setting.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0–3 years.
• Prior experience in a Founder's Office / CEO's Office role within a startup or high-growth organization is preferred for experienced candidates.
• Cross-functional exposure to Product, Sales, Business, Strategy, Marketing, or Operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives from problem identification through execution.
• Curious, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to learn quickly, adapt, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
