Job summary

Wonderful in Bengaluru, India is seeking a founding/early engineer to join our product team. You will own end-to-end projects, translate customer needs into scalable software architectures, and build AI-powered systems from scratch.

You will interact with customers, shape technical roadmaps, and contribute to reusable tooling and engineering best practices. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in relevant roles, strong programming skills in Python/Java/Go, and a proactive, independent work style in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving roles.
• Experience as a Founding Engineer, Founding Member, Early Engineer, or in an early-stage startup.
• Strong experience working in 0-to-1 product development and building systems from scratch.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong understanding of software design, system architecture, integrations, and data flows.
• Proven experience in client-facing / customer-facing roles with regular customer interaction.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Experience taking products/features from development to production.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
