Job summary

Jadwani Forex Private Limited is seeking a Forex Executive to support customers with foreign currency exchange, multi-currency forex cards, remittances, Western Union, and MoneyGram, while ensuring RBI and company compliance.

You will handle currency trades, process remittance services, verify KYC, and maintain transaction records, delivering excellent service across branches and with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn RBI and forex regulations.
• Experience in banking, finance, travel, or forex preferred but freshers with strong learning attitude welcome.

Responsibilities

• Handle foreign currency buying and selling transactions.
• Process Multi-Currency Forex Cards, Western Union, MoneyGram, and remittance services.
• Verify RBI compliance and KYC documents.
• Generate bills and maintain transaction records in the software.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide forex guidance.
• Coordinate with branches and banks for smooth transaction processing.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
