The role offers hands-on exposure to foreign currency exchange, forex cards, remittances, and travel-related forex services. Ideal candidates are freshers or those with up to 2 years in Travel, Forex, Banking, or Financial Services, with good communication, basic MS Excel/Office skills, and a keen interest in the Travel and Forex industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Forex team in day-to-day forex operations and transactions.
• Learn and support foreign currency exchange, forex cards, remittance, and related services.
• Assist in handling customer and corporate forex requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, forex partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Support preparation and verification of forex-related documents.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in maintaining transaction records, reports, and MIS.
• Support the team in generating leads and developing new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Finance, and Travel teams.
• Understand customer requirements and provide timely support.
• Stay updated on foreign currency rates and basic forex market movements.
• Follow RBI / FEMA guidelines under the guidance of senior team members.

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers / Trainees to join our Forex Business team. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to foreign currency exchange, forex cards, remittances, documentation, customer handling, and travel-related forex services.
