Job summary

Alankit in Delhi is seeking a proactive Forex Sales professional to drive client acquisition, build lasting relationships with corporates, travel agents, students and individuals, and cross-sell forex products.

You will promote currency notes, prepaid forex cards and outward remittances under LRS, develop market reach, tie-ups with travel agencies and education consultants, achieve monthly targets, maintain MIS, and ensure transparent rates and fast forex delivery.

Responsibilities

• Client acquisition & relationship building across corporates, travel agents, students, exporters/importers and individuals traveling abroad.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat forex business and timely conversions.
• Tie-up with travel agencies, educational consultants, hospitals and corporates for regular forex needs.
• Promote the company's forex products: Currency notes & travelers cheques, prepaid forex cards, outward remittances under LRS.
• Cross-sell other financial products as permitted by RBI & company policy.
• Monitor market developments and report on sales performance; maintain MIS reports and update management.

Sales Profile of Forex Person in FFMC

• 1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Building


• Identify and onboard new customers (corporates, travel agents, students, exporters/importers, individuals traveling abroad).


• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat forex business.


• Tie-up with travel agencies, educational consultants, hospitals, and corporates for regular forex needs.


• 2. Product Promotion


• Promote the companys forex products:


• Currency notes & travelers cheques


• Prepaid forex cards


• Outward remittances under LRS (for education, medical, emigration, investments, etc.)


• Cross-sell other financial products (if permitted by RBI & company policy).


• 3. Market Development


• Explore new markets such as student community, emigrants, business travelers, tourists.


• Conduct promotional activities, tie-ups, and marketing campaigns to increase visibility.


• 4. Sales Targets & Reporting


• Achieve monthly/quarterly forex sales targets set by management.


• Maintain MIS reports of sales leads, conversions, and customer feedback.


• Monitor competitor pricing and update management.


• 5. Customer Service Excellence


• Provide competitive rates and transparent service to build trust.


• Ensure fast turnaround in forex delivery and remittance services.


• Collect customer feedback to improve service quality
