Job summary

Alankit in Delhi is seeking a field sales executive to visit travel agencies, tour operators, immigration consultants, and corporate offices across Delhi/NCR to generate business leads for forex services. You will onboard new agents, explain products and commissions, and build strong relationships to drive repeat referrals.

You will meet daily onboarding targets, distribute marketing materials, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Ability to articulate products and commission structures.
• Strong networking and client-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit travel agencies, tour operators, immigration consultants, visa facilitation centers, and corporate offices across Delhi/NCR to generate business leads
• Onboard new agents/partners for forex services (currency exchange, forex cards, outward/inward remittance)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing travel agents, corporates, and immigration agents to drive repeat referrals
• Explain forex products, commission structures, and partnership benefits to prospective agents
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for agent onboarding and walk-in conversions
• Distribute marketing/promotional material (brochures, rate cards, banners) to partner outlets
• Coordinate with the operations/dealing team to ensure smooth service delivery to onboarded agents
• Maintain a database of visited agents, follow-ups, and conversion status (daily reporting)
• Gather market intelligence competitor rates, agent expectations, emerging travel/immigration hubs in Delhi
• Represent the company professionally at agent offices, exhibitions, or local events if required
