Job summary

Rohan Group is seeking a site supervisor for our project location in Maharashtra. You will interpret daily targets, study drawings, organize inputs, and guide the work force to ensure on-time, quality execution.

You will coordinate with site and senior engineers for guidance, check plaster and finishes, supervise scaffolding, verify embeds, monitor materials, maintain records, minimise wastage, and uphold housekeeping and safety.

Responsibilities

• Understand the daily target and input required in terms of manpower, equipment and material.
• Study drawings and understand sequence / priorities.
• Organize all inputs as per the assessment to work place.
• Supervise and guide work force for execution of work as per the line, level and desired workmanship.
• Coordinating with site engineer/ Sr Engineer for any clarification or guidance to ensure first time right work.
• Check the workmanship and correctness of construction and finishing works like plaster, flooring, tiling, etc.
• Check the scaffold and shuttering works before proceeding with further works in coordination with scaffolding and shuttering foreman.
• Get the foundation bolts, inserts and other embedment checked from respective engineer or surveyor before concreting.
• Keep a check on material availability at site and requisition well in time as per work requirement.
• Joint Measurement Records and DDS preparations.
• Minimizing material wastage.
