Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil with 0-5 years of experience and knowledge of bar bending schedules. This role requires strong construction fundamentals and on-site hands-on capability.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in civil site engineering.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of building construction processes and techniques.
• Proficiency in creating bar bending schedules using relevant software tools.

Responsibilities

• To supervise the site engineering activities like concreting, steel reinforcement, shuttering, brickwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing etc and execute as per drawing and specification.
• To prepare labour bills for the work done and submit the same
• To submit DLR and DPR on daily basis
• Ensure site activities are happening with required safety protocols
• Ensure site execution, supervision, and management according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for timely completion of projects.
• Monitor progress against milestones and report any issues or concerns.
