Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to lead the department, ensure outlets operate profitably, and uphold Hyatt's brand standards across all service points.

Ideal candidate holds a hospitality or tourism degree and has at least two years in a senior F&B role in a large operation, with strong operational, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Food and Beverage Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation.
• Banqueting experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible to ensure that all the outlets operate successfully, in accordance with Hyatt International's standards.
• You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards.
