Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Director of Operations to oversee the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. The role ensures all departments operate smoothly, meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

The Director will lead multiple departments, maintain service quality, and drive brand-aligned initiatives across the hotel.

Qualifications

• Ideally a hospitality or tourism degree/diploma.
• At least 2 years as Director of Rooms, Front Office Manager, F&B, Housekeeping or Culinary in a large operation.
• Strong problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Meet employee, guest and owner expectations; oversee all hotel departments to the standards of the brand and hotel.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Operations is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Hotel Operations and to ensure that the various all departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager , Food and Beverages, Housekeeping & Culinary in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
