As part of our growth, we are expanding our in-house Food & Beverage (F&B) operations to deliver exceptional dining and caf experiences to our members.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverages Manager to oversee and manage our caf and F&B operations within our co-working spaces. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in restaurants and caf©s, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the F&B outlets within the co-working premises.
• Manage and supervise staff, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement menus in collaboration with culinary teams, aligned with member preferences.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, vendor management, and cost control.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and community engagement initiatives.
• Handle customer feedback effectively to ensure consistent satisfaction.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in hospitality management, Hotel Administration, or related field
• (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing restaurants, caf©s, or F&B outlets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, menu planning, and cost management.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Exposure to community-driven spaces or co-working environments will be an added advantage.
