Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide warm, attentive service.
• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately.
• Understand the menu and assist guests with basic queries.
• Maintain table setup, cleanliness and service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and restaurant team.
• Follow hygiene, food safety and restaurant SOPs.
• Handle guest requests professionally.
• Support opening, closing and high-volume restaurant operations.
• Work closely with Captains and Supervisors to deliver smooth service.
