Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Transition Management Senior Associate to help lead delivery across managed services and transformation programs. You will coordinate delivery teams, drive process optimization, and build strong client relationships while mentoring junior staff.

English proficiency and a strong background in F&A transitions are essential. You will operate within our Technology Consulting practice, focusing on improving efficiency, reducing costs, and mitigating delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum required.
• 5+ years of experience required.
• Proficient in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Managing transition and delivery of managed services to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Experience in F&A Transitions (AP, AR, O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A etc.).
• Understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services/Shared Services.
• Process Mapping and Re-engineering.
• Leading project management initiatives to optimize processes and tools for client engagement.
• Analyzing and analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform strategic decisions.
• Developing and implementing automation frameworks to enhance service delivery and reduce costs.
• Engaging stakeholders to identify needs and align service offerings with business objectives.
• Planning and executing continuous process improvement strategies to drive performance enhancements.
• Documenting risks and developing mitigation plans to manage delivery risks effectively.
• Building meaningful client connections to foster long-term relationships and support business growth.
• Mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to high-quality service delivery.

As a Transition Management Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Managed Services team, focusing on transitioning and managing services to support clients in streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to deliver exceptional services to our clients. Your work will involve continuous improvement and optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.
