Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center India is seeking a Senior Manager to lead transition and run outsourced services across Finance & Accounting and managed services, guiding delivery teams and driving efficiency. You will shape strategic advisory, influence decisions, and foster continuous improvement with inclusive teams, leveraging systems thinking and BPA to deliver measurable outcomes for global clients.

This role offers exposure to cross-functional work across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Leading the transition and management of outsourced services to streamline operations and enhance efficiency -Experience in F&A Transitions (AP, AR, O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A etc.)
• Guiding delivery teams in optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services for continuous improvement
• Project Management, Risk & Budget Management
• Understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services/Shared Services
• Process Mapping and Re-engineering
• Managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement to address delivery risks and performance challenges
• Utilizing project management skills to oversee service delivery and validate timely completion of objectives
• Implementing business process automation and improvement strategies to drive operational excellence
• Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning to resolve issues
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within managed services
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
• Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to enhance service delivery and performance
• Initiating coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams

As a FMS Transition Management- Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing outsourced solutions and supporting clients across various functions. Within our Managed Services practice, you will focus on transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs for our clients. Your work will involve continuous improvement and the optimization of managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and influence to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to know when to take action or accelerate issues. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 15 years of experience
