Job summary

Crest Property Solutions Private Limited is seeking a proactive FMS Operations Executive to support day-to-day facility management operations at assigned residential or commercial sites.

The role focuses on housekeeping, pest control, vendor management, safety compliance, and budget adherence, with reporting to Operations Manager and coordination with clients.

You will lead a small team, ensure high service standards, and contribute to continuous improvement across site operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4–8 years in Facility Management / Soft Services Operations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in housekeeping, vendor management, and site operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations including housekeeping, pest control, and soft services.
• Manage vendors (AMC contractors, security, landscaping, etc.) and ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor staff performance, grooming, etiquette, and conduct training.
• Ensure health, safety, and statutory compliance at the site.
• Track expenses, control costs, and maintain budget adherence.
• Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and coordinate with clients & senior management.
