The ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in FMCG/retail, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of retail operations. The position is based in Panchkula and involves working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3 years of experience in FMCG / Retail / Supermarket / Grocery / Departmental Store operations.
• Strong communication and team-handling skills.
• Good understanding of inventory and retail operations.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage FMCG department operations, product availability and replenishment.
• Drive sales targets and key retail KPIs.
• Implement Executive Offers, DBT, RBT & ATS.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock availability.
• Ensure FIFO and near-expiry control.
• Monitor and control shrinkage, damages and stock losses.
• Coordinate and supervise department staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries.
• Maintain product displays and merchandising standards.
• Prepare basic sales, inventory and KPI reports.

• Willingness to work at Panchkula, Jubbal, Theog or Nangal.
