Job summary

Capgemini in Bengaluru is seeking a Fluent Commerce OMS Consultant/Developer to design, implement, and optimize omnichannel order management solutions using Fluent Commerce. You will partner with business stakeholders, architects, and integration teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native OMS capabilities.

The role emphasizes hands-on development of order orchestration, inventory visibility, and integrations with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, POS, and third-party applications to enhance customer experience

Qualifications

• Designing and implementing end-to-end OMS solutions using Fluent Commerce.
• Configuring order orchestration, fulfillment workflows, inventory management, and distributed order routing.
• Integrating Fluent Commerce with eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, WMS, POS, and third-party applications.
• Developing custom business logic and workflow extensions to support complex omnichannel use cases.
• Collaborating with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable OMS solutions.
