Job summary

Capgemini Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Fluent Commerce OMS Consultant/Developer to design, implement, and optimize omnichannel order management solutions using Fluent Commerce. The role involves configuring orchestration, fulfillment workflows, inventory visibility, and distributed order routing.

You'll integrate Fluent Commerce with eCommerce platforms, ERP, WMS, POS, and third-party applications, while developing custom business logic to support complex omnichannel use cases and

Qualifications

• Fluent Commerce OMS: design, orchestration, fulfillment, and inventory visibility.
• API & integration: REST/GraphQL/webhooks and middleware.
• JavaScript/Node.js: custom workflow development and integrations.
• Cloud & microservices: cloud-native apps, scalability and event streams.
• Ecosystem integration: ERP, POS, WMS, ecommerce platforms.

Your Role

As a Fluent Commerce OMS Consultant/Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing omnichannel order management solutions using the Fluent Commerce platform.

• Designing and implementing end-to-end Order Management System (OMS) solutions using Fluent Commerce.
• Configuring order orchestration, fulfillment workflows, inventory management, and distributed order routing.
• Integrating Fluent Commerce with eCommerce platforms, ERP systems, WMS, POS, and third-party applications.
• Developing custom business logic and workflow extensions to support complex omnichannel use cases.
• Collaborating with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable OMS solutions.
