Job summary

7-Eleven Global Solution Center in Bengaluru is seeking an Analyst to convert store concepts into detailed floor plans and layouts for prototype and non-prototype stores.

You will collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure designs meet brand standards, while reviewing equipment layouts and coordinating with stakeholders for design questions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in floor planning, architectural drafting, or layout design.
• Retail store planning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and modify store floor plans for prototypical and non-prototypical stores.
• Support space planning, equipment placement, and layout optimization.
• Adapt standard store prototypes to site-specific conditions while maintaining brand standards.
• Incorporate review comments and update layouts accurately.
• Assist in reviewing equipment layouts for compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Review floor plans for drafting accuracy and adhere to standards.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks with minimal revisions.

Job Title: Analyst – Floor Planning

Floor Planning & Design

• Prepare and modify store floor plans for prototypical and non-prototypical stores.
• Support space planning, equipment placement, and layout optimization.
• Adapt standard store prototypes to site-specific conditions while maintaining brand standards.
• Incorporate review comments and update layouts accurately.

Equipment (EQ) Review

• Assist in reviewing equipment layouts for compliance with operational and design requirements.
• Validate equipment placement against approved standards and design guidelines.
• Identify basic layout conflicts and escal
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve equipment-related queries.

Design Review & Quality Control

• Review floor plans for drafting accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
• Perform quality checks before submitting design deliverables.
• Support resolution of design inconsistencies and documentation updates.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks with minimal revisions. Tools & Technical Execution

Tools & Technical Execution

• Develop and update floor plans using Revit.
• Use Bluebeam for drawing reviews, markups, and documentation.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, store layouts, and design documents.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation. Stakeholder Coordination

Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, and Operations teams to gather design inputs.
• Participate in design review meetings and incorporate feedback.
• Communicate project updates and clarify design-related queries with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in floor planning, architectural drafting, or layout design.
• Experience in retail store planning is preferred.
• Basic understanding of equipment (EQ) layouts and store planning concepts is desirable.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of architectural floor planning and space planning principles.
• Proficiency in Autocad , Revit and familiarity with Bluebeam.
• Understanding of retail store layouts and design standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
