Job summary

Flipkart Process is hiring for the Customer Service Executive to handle chat and voice support for an enterprise telecom partner. This role is Work From Office, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Salary offered ranges from 3 Lakh to 6 Lakh CTC per year. Fresher candidates can apply. Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. You should be willing to work in rotational shifts, six days a week, with rotating offs and occasional Sunday work, and travel as needed.

• Graduation required; fresher may apply and relevant chat/voice experience preferred.

• This is a premium Voice/Chat process for enterprise telecom partner; handle customer service tasks.

• Candidate should be Ok with Rotational Offs and may travel; Sundays may not be fixed off.
