Job summary

Profinch is seeking a Team Lead to steer development and testing of complex customizations in FCUBS, OBPM, OBTF, OBCL and OBMA products. You will lead a team of junior developers, perform BRD analysis, design, code reviews and ensure quality delivery.

Ideal candidates have strong Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and PL/SQL skills, with domain experience in FCUBS versions and related products. Bachelor's degree in engineering or science with CS background is required.

• Experience leading junior developers and delivering complex customizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical design guidance and code reviews for the team.
• Mentor freshers and drive BRD analysis, design and implementation.
