Job summary

Mizuho Global Services is seeking a candidate with 8–10 years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking platform to develop and enhance custom functionalities. The role supports business as usual (BAU) operations and involves root cause analysis and collaboration with stakeholders. Candidates should have strong technical skills in FLEXCUBE architecture, integration frameworks, and familiarity with production environments. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking platform.
• Strong understanding of FLEXCUBE architecture and underlying technology stack.
• Proven experience in implementation and/or custom development on FLEXCUBE v14 or higher.
• In‑depth knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules such as Core Banking and CASA.
• Strong experience in developing integration frameworks including GI and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance FLEXCUBE custom functionalities and interfaces.
• Manage and support BAU operations, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
• Drive root cause analysis, defect resolution, and production issue management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams for solution design.
• Support and enhance integration flows including GI, APIs, and batch processes.

Skills (Mandatory)

• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking platform
• Strong understanding of FLEXCUBE architecture and underlying technology stack (Oracle DB, PL/SQL, Java, middleware)
• Proven experience in implementation and/or custom development on FLEXCUBE v14 or higher
• In‑depth knowledge of FLEXCUBE modules (Core Banking, CASA, General Ledger, Interest & Charges)
• Strong experience in developing integration frameworks (Generic Interface (GI), REST APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST))
• Experience in ODT tool and OAS
• Experience in shell scripting
• Working experience on interface‑heavy environments such data warehouse, payments systems, reconciliation systems, upstream/downstream systems
• Experience supporting production / BAU environments with SLA adherence

Skills (Preferred)

• Experience in multi‑country implementations.
• Exposure to OBLM (Oracle Banking Liquidity Management), Loans, Money Market

Responsibilities

• Develop, and enhance FLEXCUBE custom functionalities and interfaces.
• Manage and support BAU operations, ensuring compliance with defined SLAs.
• Drive root cause analysis, defect resolution, and production issue management.
• Collaborate closely with Business stakeholders, Internal technology teams, Oracle/vendor teams
• Participate in solution design and architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with target architecture and enterprise standards.
• Support and enhance integration flows including GI, APIs, and batch processes.
• Contribute to release management, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
• Provide proactive improvements for system stability, performance, and scalability.
