• Read, understand, and respond to emails clearly and promptly.
• Track logistics vehicles using GPS and update positions accurately and promptly.
• Follow up with drivers for loading and unloading of vehicles regularly.
• Prepare and send daily emails to customers with vehicle positions and schedules.
• Keep track of renewal of vehicle-related documents such as insurance, PUC, etc.

Role & Responsibilities:

Need a Fleet/Transport Manager with strong sense of responsibility and accountability towards their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communication via email, WhatsApp, phone calls with drivers, logistics team members, and company leadership.
• Reading, understanding, and replying to emails CLEARLY and PROMPTLY.
• Tracking of logistics vehicles via GPS and updating the same ACCURATELY and PROMPTLY.
• Following up with drivers for loading and unloading of vehicles regularly.
• Preparing and sending daily emails to customers with updates about vehicle positions and schedules.
• Keeping track of renewal of all vehicle-related documents such as insurance, PUC, etc.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in ACCURATE AND PROMPT correspondence and communication
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to take RESPONSIBILITY and ACCOUNTABILITY for their work and avoiding mistakes.
