Job summary

Shadowfax Technologies in Bengaluru is seeking an ATL/Territory In-charge to own rider hiring and supply growth for assigned client(s) and city/cities.

You will lead field recruitment teams, coordinate with central program managers, and build local sourcing channels, referral programs, and campaigns to meet demand and drive business expansion. This role requires strong execution, data-driven decision making, and the ability to scale rider supply in fast-growing urban markets.

Qualifications

• 37 years of experience in rider hiring, blue-collar recruitment, or gig workforce management.
• Mandatory experience in Quick Commerce, Hyperlocal Delivery, Logistics, or Rider Hiring.
• Proven experience hiring riders/drivers at scale.
• Experience managing field recruitment teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and execution skills.
