Job summary

Flix is seeking a Fleet Coordinator – Last Mile to own the day-to-day last-mile ground operations and real-time traffic control across hubs in Delhi NCR. You will ensure smooth dispatch of cabs against bus schedules and act as the on-ground escalation point for disruptions.

You will lead frontline teams and coordinate with third-party operators, focusing on punctuality, app adoption, and customer experience while managing rosters and performance reviews.

Job description

As Fleet Coordinator – Last Mile, you will own day-to-day last-mile ground operations and real-time traffic control across our hubs and pickup/drop points in Delhi NCR — making sure passengers move smoothly between buses and cabs, cab operators deliver to standard, and your ground team runs like clockwork.

About The Role

• Lead and manage day-to-day last-mile ground operations and real-time traffic control across designated hubs and pickup/drop points in Delhi NCR.
• Ensure smooth, timely dispatch and coordination of last-mile cabs against bus arrival and departure schedules.
• Act as the on-ground escalation point, resolving operational disruptions (delays, no-shows, route changes, demand surges) quickly and calmly.
• Work closely with last-mile cab operators and drivers to drive app adoption, improve punctuality metrics, and elevate customer experience.
• Coach and support drivers on FlixBus standards, app usage, and service expectations.
• Manage the roster, shift planning, and day-to-day working of ground operations associates and last-mile associates.
• Allocate manpower against demand patterns and peak windows; track attendance, performance, and productivity of the ground team.
• Own last-mile cab operator governance — share performance reports regularly, run periodic review meetings, and manage the day-to-day partner relationship.
• Track operator SLAs and KPIs, flag underperformance, and drive corrective action plans.
• Be the owner of last-mile passenger experience, ensuring a smooth transition from buses to cabs and cabs to buses.
• Monitor passenger feedback and complaints related to the last mile, close the loop, and drive continuous improvement.

About You

• 3–6 years of experience in ground operations, last-mile logistics, fleet coordination, transport operations, or a similar field (mobility, ride-hailing, e-commerce delivery, or aggregator platforms preferred).
• Proven experience managing frontline teams and third-party vendors or operators.
• Strong grasp of punctuality/SLA-driven operations and comfort working with real-time, on-ground decision-making.
• Data-literate — comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting; able to turn numbers into action.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to hold operators accountable while maintaining strong relationships.
• Customer-first mindset with a bias for quick problem resolution.
• Working knowledge of Delhi NCR geography, traffic patterns, and transport hubs is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, be on-ground, and be reachable during operational hours.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; proficiency in English and Hindi.
