Job summary

Flix in Delhi is looking for a Fleet Coordinator on a contractual basis to manage intercity travel operations. You will coordinate driver and host schedules, handle bus allocations, and act as the primary link between transport partners and the Multiplicator team.

The role requires an engineering graduate with 3–4 years of relevant experience, strong data analysis, and willingness to work in 24/7 shifts with regular travel across North India. Proficiency in English and Hindi is essential.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 3–4 years’ experience in intercity travel operations or logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and identify trends to improve efficiency.
• Willingness to work in shifts (24/7) and travel regularly in North India.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver and host schedules with the BP.
• Manage bus assignments and arrange alternates during breakdowns.
• Act as primary contact between TCs and Multiplicator team.
• Coordinate with Traffic control for daily issues and route deviations.
• Track violations and share daily operational reports.
• Provide route adjustment insights and update stop coordinates.
• Monitor illicit activities and ensure training completion.
• Review processes and suggest improvements.
• Ensure completion of boarding point handouts.

Expected to start within the Month of Aug 2026.

About The Role

• Coordinate driver and host schedules with the BP.
• Manage bus assignments and handle breakdowns by arranging alternates and shifting passengers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between TCs and the Multiplicator team
• Coordinate with Traffic control for daily issues, and monitor route deviations
• Track and report violations, generate and share daily operational reports with Bus partners.
• Provide insights on necessary route adjustments, Manage and update stop and boarding point coordinates.
• Vigilantly monitor and report any illicit activities to maintain operational integrity.
• Ensure completion of training program and Initiate background verification process.
• Reviewing process and suggesting improvements.
• Ensure completion of boarding point handouts.

About You

• Engineering graduate preferably with 3-4 years’ hands-on experience in intercity travels operations company, OR logistics/last mile operations.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills & stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyse data and identify trends to improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; flexible of working in shifts (24/7). However, when schedules are made your personal needs are taken into consideration.
• Strong geographical knowledge of North India and willingness to travel regularly
• You are fluent in English, Hindi.
• You are communicative, proactive, assertive /strong headed and a team player.
