Job summary

Flix in Delhi is seeking a motivated Fleet Coordinator (Contractual) to manage backend operations, assign buses to routes, and coordinate driver and host schedules with partners. This role is travel-intensive and pivotal to seamless service delivery, with a focus on operational excellence and data-driven decisions.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree with 3–4 years in intercity travel ops or logistics, is fluent in English and Hindi, and comfortable with a 24/7 shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 3–4 years in intercity travel operations or logistics.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data to improve efficiency.
• Willingness to work in shifts (24/7) with consideration for personal needs.
• Knowledge of North India and willingness to travel regularly.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate driver and host schedules with the BP.
• Manage bus assignments and handle breakdowns by arranging alternates and shifting passengers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between TCs and the Multiplicator team
• Coordinate with Traffic control for daily issues, and monitor route deviations
• Track and report violations, generate and share daily operational reports with Bus partners.
• Provide insights on necessary route adjustments, Manage and update stop and boarding point coordinates.
• Vigilantly monitor and report any illicit activities to maintain operational integrity.
• Ensure completion of training program and Initiate background verification process.
• Reviewing process and suggesting improvements.
• Ensure completion of boarding point handouts.

This is a travel extensive role, you will be responsible of managing backend operations of assigning buses to different routes and coordinating driver & host schedules with the bus partners'. About The Role

About You

• Engineering graduate preferably with 3-4 years’ hands‑on experience in intercity travels operations company, OR logistics /last mile operations.


• Team player with strong interpersonal skills & stakeholder management skills.


• Ability to analyse data and identify trends to improve operational efficiency.


• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment; flexible of working in shifts (24/7). However, when schedules are made your personal needs are taken into consideration.


• Strong geographical knowledge of North India and willingness to travel regularly


• You are fluent in English, Hindi.


• You are communicative, proactive, assertive /strong headed and a team player.
