Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Fixed Asset Accountant in Bengaluru, India with 7–12 years of experience. The role focuses on capitalization, depreciation, and lease accounting under IFRS and US GAAP, ensuring accurate postings in the general ledger and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

The candidate will develop robust asset tracking, reporting, and reconciliation processes and provide guidance on asset accounting policies to team members.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in Fixed Asset Accounting or a related field.
• CA Intermediate/Articleship completed.
• Bachelor's degree in BBA/BMS or equivalent; B.Com also considered.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in Fixed Asset Accounting or a related field (CA Intermediate/Articleship completed).
  
• Bachelor's degree in B.B.A. / B.M.S. or equivalent specialization; B.Com also considered.
  
• Strong knowledge of Capitalisation, Depreciation, Asset Accounting, Lease Accounting principles under IFRS and US GAAP.
