Job summary

Ex in Noida is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Controllership (Global Fixed Asset Accounting) to manage end-to-end fixed asset processes across geographies within a multinational F&A setup.

The role requires strong domain expertise in fixed assets, monthly close, accruals, depreciation, asset verification, SOX compliance and reporting. Fusion ERP is recommended.

Qualifications

• Experience in fixed asset accounting and global asset processes.
• SOX/compliance knowledge and monthly close experience.
• Fusion ERP experience is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fixed asset accounting across geographies.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of fixed assets sub-ledger, capitalization, disposals/retirements, and monthly close.
• Oversee asset tracking and periodic physical verification to maintain asset register accuracy.
• Ensure fixed asset schedules comply with accounting frameworks.
• Execute monthly close tasks including accruals and amortization.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Prepare analyses of monthly, quarterly and annual P&L and balance sheet movements.
• Create MIS reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management review.
• Ensure adherence to SOX, internal audit and statutory audit requirements.
• Sound understanding of Indian taxation and related compliance requirements.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional for the role of Assistant Manager – Controllership (Global Fixed Asset Accounting). The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise in global fixed asset processes within an F&A shared service or captive unit of a reputed multinational organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fixed asset accounting activities across multiple geographies with strong command over core accounting principles.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of the fixed assets sub‑ledger, including timely capitalization, disposals/retirements, and monthly close processes (journal entries, reconciliations, and adjustments).
• Oversee accurate tracking of existing assets and drive periodic physical verification processes to maintain asset register accuracy.
• Ensure all fixed asset schedules are compliant with relevant accounting frameworks.
• Execute monthly close tasks including accrual postings, amortization runs, and related reconciliations.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and global stakeholders.
• Prepare qualitative and quantitative analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L and balance sheet movements.
• Create insightful MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management review.
• Ensure adherence to SOX, internal audit, and statutory audit requirements.
• Possess a sound understanding of Indian taxation and related compliance requirements.
• Strong functional knowledge of Fusion ERP (Recommended).

Qualifications

Qualification: Semi-Qualified CA/CMA or MBA (Finance)
