Job summary

Jabsons Foods in India seeks an experienced SR. Fitter to perform maintenance across manufacturing equipment. You will follow maintenance schedules, address breakdowns promptly, and maintain logs of downtime for reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing with hands-on fitting maintenance and strong communication and problem-solving skills to support plant operations and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably FMCG.
• Hands-on experience in SR. Fitter maintenance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs and expectations of internal plant superior.
• Do maintenance work as per schedule.
• Attend daily maintenance issues, breakdowns, and related maintenance work
• Maintain a record of breakdowns, downtime and generate reports logbook and sign them
• Coordinate with Engineer & manager Maintenance
• Attend Preventive Maintenance as per schedule on time.
• Attend Breakdown and correct it on time to reduce the downtime.
• Inspect fabricated components to ensure that they are the correct size.
• Maintain maintenance schedule and perform system maintenance accordingly.
• Replace damaged or defective parts of machine and components as needed.
• Adhere to all work-site safety rules and regulations.
• Prepare a monthly preventive maintenance schedule and its effective execution.
• Maintenance of Machine maintenance, Nitrogen, RO plant, Air Compressor, Pumps, etc. for improved reliability
• Implement and record maintenance for machine history book.
• To ensure smooth function of all Machine equipment.
• Trouble shooting of problem with best technical solution and preventive action
• Support project activities.

• 1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, spinning industry, preferably


• FMCG Food company.


• 2. Hands-on experience in SR. Fitter maintenance.
