Job summary

Jabsons Foods in Gujarat's Bharuch district seeks an experienced Electrician to join our manufacturing team. You will oversee electrical installation, routine maintenance, and timely repairs across production lines to minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance within FMCG or manufacturing settings and demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably FMCG Food.
• Hands-on experience in Electrician maintenance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical installation, maintenance and repairs.
• Perform maintenance work as per schedule.
• Attend daily maintenance issues, breakdowns and related electrical tasks.
• Maintain a logbook of breakdowns, downtime and generate reports.
• Attend preventive maintenance as per schedule on time.
• Respond to breakdowns promptly to reduce downtime.
• Possess knowledge of power distribution, control and lighting systems.
• Maintain electrical schedules and perform system maintenance.
• Replace damaged electrical parts of machines as needed.
• Follow all on-site safety rules and regulations.
• Prepare monthly preventive maintenance schedule and execute it.
• Maintain electrical motors, wiring modification, lighting maintenance.
• Record daily energy readings and maintain energy logs.
• Ensure smooth function of all machine equipment.
• Troubleshoot problems with technical solutions and preventive actions.
• Support project activities.

EXPERIENCE:

• 1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, spinning industry, preferably FMCG Food company.
• 2. Hands-on experience in Electrician maintenance.
• 3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Electrician is responcible for overseeing electrical installation, maintenance and repaires.
• 2. Do Maintenance work as per schedule.
• 3. Attend daily Maintenance issues, breakdowns, and related electrical maintenance work.
• 4. Maintain a record of breakdowns, and downtime and generate reports logbook and sign them to Engineer & manager Maintenance.
• 5. Attending Preventive Maintenance as per schedule on time.
• 6. Attending Breakdown and correct it on time to reduce the Down time.
• 7. Possessing in-depth knowledge of various electrical systems , including power distribution , control systems , & lighting systems.
• 8. Maintain electrical schedule and performing system maintenance accordingly.
• 9. Replacing damaged or defective electrical parts of machine and components as needed.
• 10. Adhering to all work-site safety rules and regulations.
• 11. Prepare a monthly preventive maintenance schedule and its effective execution.
• 12. Maintenance of electrical motors, wiring modification , lighting maintenance etc.
• 13. Implement and record maintain of daily energy reading.
• 14. To ensure smooth function of all Machine equipment.
• 15. Trouble shooting of problem with best technical solution and preventive action
