Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate possession and fit-out readiness with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure utilities availability during fit-out phase.
• Facilitate submission, review, and approval of fit-out drawings before work.
• Maintain approved drawings and as-built records.
• Ensure compliance with fit-out guidelines, design standards and execution instructions.
• Issue and manage work permits (e.g., hot work, work at height).
• Coordinate security arrangements for fit-out activities.
• Serve as primary contact for the property owner during fit-out.
• Monitor progress for quality, timelines and safety.
• Support contractors by addressing minor execution issues.
• Ensure compliance with design control specs in fit-out manuals.
• Maintain fit-out tracking reports and execution data.
• Coordinate layout changes or site modifications with stakeholders.
• Present fit-out progress to stakeholders.

ROLE:

This role ensures smooth and compliant fit-out execution within living or occupied spaces by enabling effective coordination, adherence to design and safety standards, and timely handover. The role acts as a key interface between residents/ tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver a safe, efficient, and well-governed fit-out experience.

Responsibility:

• Coordinate possession and fit-out readiness in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure availability of required utilities during the fit-out phase.
• Facilitate submission, review, and approval of fit-out drawings prior to commencement of work.
• Maintain records of approved drawings and as-built documentation.
• Ensure compliance with fit-out guidelines, design standards, and execution instructions.
• Issue and manage necessary work permits (e.g., hot work, work at height) before execution.
• Coordinate security arrangements required for fit-out activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the property owner during the fit-out process.
• Monitor work-in-progress to ensure quality, timelines, and adherence to safety norms.
• Support the appointed contractors by addressing minor execution-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with design control specifications outlined in fit-out manuals.
• Maintain fit-out tracking reports and execution data.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on layout changes or site-level modifications.
• Present fit-out progress and data to concerned stakeholders as required.
