Job summary

SILA is seeking a Fitout Executive in Mumbai to manage all phases of fitout projects, ensuring adherence to guidelines, safety, and quality standards. The role requires coordinating with site managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely completion and compliance with building norms.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, interior design, or architecture and has proven experience in managing fitout projects, with a strong grasp of construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
• Proven experience in managing fitout projects with knowledge of construction processes and interior design principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage weekly and monthly project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Review and verify drawing plans to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards.
• Oversee the project at all stages, addressing issues raised by residents and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with site managers, surveyors, engineers, architects and workers to ensure building norms and project requirements.
• Enforce safety and quality protocols for all fitout activities to maintain high standards.
• Review contractor bills for accuracy and alignment with budgets.
• Maintain detailed on-site records including progress reports, changes, and expenditures.

Job Summary: The Fitout Executive at SILA will be responsible for managing all phases of Fitout projects, ensuring adherence to established guidelines, safety standards, and quality protocols. This role requires

• Project Scheduling: Prepare and manage weekly and monthly project schedules to ensure mely compleon of Fitout projects.
• Drawing and Guidelines Compliance: Review and verify drawing plans to ensure all Fitout work adheres to the specied guidelines and standards.
• Project Supervision: Oversee the project at all stages, addressing and resolving any issues or concerns raised by residents and stakeholders.
• Collaboraon: Work closely with site managers, surveyors, engineers, architects, site workers, and other professionals to ensure compliance with building norms and project requirements.
• Safety and Quality Management: Enforce safety and quality protocols for all Fitout acvi¢es to ensure high standards and safe working condi¢ons.
• Billing Oversight: Review and verify bills from contractors to ensure accuracy and adherence to project budgets.
• Documenta¢on: Maintain detailed records of all tout work conducted on-site, including progress reports, changes, and expenditures.
