Job summary

SFO Technologies is seeking a Fire & Safety professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for civil construction projects. The role focuses on implementing and monitoring fire and occupational safety standards at the project site, ensuring statutory compliance and reducing workplace hazards.

The candidate will develop JSA, risk assessments, method statements, and PTW systems while ensuring adherence to EHS policies across the site in North Kalamassery, Ernakulam.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Fire & Safety experience, preferably in civil construction.
• Experience implementing and monitoring fire and occupational safety standards onsite.
• Willingness to work at North Kalamassery, Ernakulam site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor EHS, fire safety, and occupational health & safety procedures across the construction site.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fire & Safety professional with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring fire and occupational safety standards at the project site, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and minimizing workplace hazards and accidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor EHS, fire safety, and occupational health & safety procedures across the construction site.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Develop and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable statutory safety regulations, construction safety standards, and company EHS policies.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Fire & Safety, Safety Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
• Additional safety certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, ADIS, or equivalent will be preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Fire & Safety, preferably in civil construction/infrastructure projects.
