Job summary

Uniservice Apartment Solutions LLP is seeking a dedicated Fire and Safety Executive to safeguard premises, occupants, and assets. You will maintain fire protection equipment, oversee safety procedures, and lead drills and training.

The role requires a Diploma/BE in Fire Safety with knowledge of safety systems, risk assessment, and MS Office. Strong communication and leadership are essential for effective incident handling.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/degree in Fire Safety required.
• Knowledge of fire safety systems and equipment.
• Understanding of risk assessment and JHA.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, sprinkler systems, hose reels, and fire pumps.
• Monitor and maintain Fire Alarm (FA) and Public Address (PA) systems.
• Perform weekly and monthly testing of fire pumps and safety equipment.
• Conduct fire drills, evacuation drills, and safety training programs.
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and prepare incident and accident reports.
• Issue and monitor work permits (Hot work, Height work, Confined space, Excavation work).
• Maintain checklists, logs, and asset records for fire and safety equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for servicing, refilling, and rectification works.
• Ensure compliance with statutory fire and safety regulations.
• Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency situations.
