You should be comfortable working across business, product, design, and engineering teams, taking ownership from discovery through delivery, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes, products, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client discovery conversations to understand business goals, customer needs, operational workflows, and existing systems.


• Translate business requirements into clear customer journeys, workflows, business rules, MVP scope, user stories, and acceptance criteria.


• Identify gaps, challenge assumptions, validate requirements, and recommend practical solutions.


• Bring strong financial-services domain knowledge to identify exceptions, dependencies, risks, and operational requirements.


• Work closely with designers, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and solution options.


• Take ownership of requirements from discovery through implementation, UAT, and launch.


• Support teams in resolving requirement ambiguities, managing scope changes, and ensuring alignment with agreed business outcomes.
