Apex Group is seeking a Workiva Implementation Specialist for our Pune Baner office to lead reporting projects using client Excel and Word sources. You will build and format reports in Workiva, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements and timelines.

The role requires hands-on Workiva expertise, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality financial reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement reports in Workiva using client-provided Excel and Word source files.
• Build reports from scratch in Workiva without relying on pre-built templates.
• Replicate prior-year financial statements/report formatting with high accuracy.
• Handle document formatting, tables, notes, page layouts, headers, footers, cross-references, and linking.
• Ensure client requirements and deadlines are met with high quality standards.
• Troubleshoot formatting and implementation issues in Workiva.
• Perform quality checks and reviews before delivery.
• Train and support team members on Workiva implementation activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
