As a Senior Associate - Record to Report (RTR) - Finance Operations, you will collaborate with client and project teams to transform finance functions, optimizing Record to Report processes. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will work closely with CFOs and finance leaders to diagnose current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement digital solutions that enhance efficiency and control in financial reporting. This role involves leveraging Workiva's connected platform to enable real-time, auditable reporting and streamline financial close processes.

As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. • Implementing connected financial statements and disclosures with dynamic data linking
• Acting as a trusted advisor to client CFOs and Controllers, coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Preparing and delivering presentations and reports for leadership reviews
• Mentoring junior team members and supporting their development through training and feedback
• Contributing to firm-wide knowledge creation and methodologies for finance transformation projects

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4+ years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
