Job summary

FoundWise is seeking a Finance Reporting & MIS Professional in Mumbai with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience. You will lead monthly closings, prepare MIS dashboards, and analyze P&L across brands and channels, while supporting audits and ensuring compliance with Ind AS and Indian GAAP.

The role requires CA eligibility and strong analytical skills, with a preference for experience in ecommerce or fast-growth startups.

Qualifications

• CA qualification is mandatory.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, audits, and FP&A.
• Exposure to e-commerce, D2C, FMCG, or high-growth startups is preferred.
• Excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
• Prepare MIS, financial dashboards, and executive reports.
• Analyse P&L performance across products, channels, and brands.
• Manage budget vs. actual variance analysis and KPIs.
• Support statutory audits and ensure Ind AS/Indian GAAP compliance.
• Handle consolidation, intercompany eliminations, controls, and audit-ready docs.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Product teams on financial decisions.
• Drive reporting process improvements and finance automation initiatives.

We're looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 6-10 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, and FP&A.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Preparing MIS, financial dashboards, and executive reports
• Analysing P&L performance across products, channels, and brands
• Managing budget vs. actual variance analysis and key financial KPIs
• Supporting statutory audits and ensuring compliance with Ind AS and Indian GAAP
• Handling consolidation, intercompany eliminations, controls, and audit-ready documentation
• Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Product teams on financial decisions
• Driving reporting process improvements and finance automation initiatives

What we're looking for:
