Job summary

Ubiqedge in Mumbai, Maharashtra, is seeking a hands-on Finance & Accounts professional to handle financial reporting, accounting, taxation, and manufacturing accounting. The role requires strong practical experience in Ind AS and ERP systems.

You will manage day-to-day accounting, MIS, and cost accounting activities, while coordinating with auditors and cross-functional teams in Production, Procurement and Stores. Excellent analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• CA / CMA qualified or semi-qualified with strong practical experience.
• Manufacturing Cost Accounting experience is required.
• Strong Excel skills and ERP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual MIS.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing.
• GST, TDS and Income Tax compliances.
• GST reconciliation and input tax credit reconciliation.

About the Role

• Handle GST, TDS and Income Tax compliances

• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
• Manage inventory accounting, BOM, WIP, standard costing and production costs
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement and Stores teams
• Support budgeting, audits and financial analysis

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Ind AS
• Practical knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax
• Manufacturing / Cost Accounting experience

ERP exposure: SAP / Zoho / ERPNext or other ERP systems preferred.
