Job summary

Adani Enterprises Ltd. seeks a seasoned Team Member - FP&A to monitor and control organizational spend against budgets and forecasts. The role analyzes variances, supports budgeting and re-forecasting, and drives cost discipline across functions.

You will collaborate with business, procurement, and admin teams, review invoices for budget availability, and prepare MIS dashboards to enable informed decision making.

Qualifications

• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification required.
• 4–8 years of spend control, FP&A, cost management or financial controlling experience.
• Strong budget management, variance analysis and cost governance skills.
• Hands-on OPEX / Admin / indirect spend tracking and control experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced MIS reporting.
• Solid understanding of internal controls, approval frameworks, and audit requirements.
• Experience Level: Senior Level.

• Strengthen spend visibility through category-wise and vendor-wise analysis.
• Track savings initiatives and validate realization of benefits.
• Support audits with spend data, explanations, and documentation.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement in spend control processes.
