Accor Bengaluru Outer Ring Road is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for the hotel, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will drive cash flow analysis and ensure compliance with policies and statutory requirements.

Oversee the hotel's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability and internal controls; analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic business decisions and achieve financial targets.
Manage month-end and year-end closing, audits, taxation, statutory compliance and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, while ensuring adherence to Accor's financial policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related field; CA, CMA, MBA Finance or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, statutory compliance, auditing and internal financial controls.
Proficiency in financial management systems, accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong analytical, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with department heads and senior management.
