Job summary

3 Point Hrm in Mumbai seeks a Financial Controller to partner with departments to keep costs within budget and ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires MBA in Finance or CA, with 2 years experience in accounting and auditing, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Travel is limited to 5% and the position reports to the Head Financial Controller.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance or CA required.
• 2 years of experience in accounting or related field preferred.
• Must be well versed with accounting principles and regulatory compliance.
• Proactive in improving efficiency of processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Closely work with various business departments and act as a finance SPOC for all matters.
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities.
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results and trends.
• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports.
• Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations.
• Report to the CFO with timely and accurate financial information.
• Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members.

as per the allocated budget

• 4. Should constantly look for ways to improve efficiency of companys processes and procedures


• 5. Ensure proper compliance maintained by the company with all regulatory bodies
