Job summary

TekWissen Group, Hyderabad-based, seeks a Financial Analyst I for an 8-month onsite contract. You will handle end-to-end US payroll processing across multiple states, audits, and wage garnishments while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with 4+ years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment. The role requires strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with ADP, Workday, or PeopleSoft HRIS systems.

Job Description:

Top Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple US states (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
• Audit payroll-related data to validate authenticity and accuracy
• Process legal, severance, final, and missing pay
• Handle wage garnishments in compliance with federal and state lawsAddress employee queries and resolve concerns promptly

Mandatory Requirements:
