Job summary

Stable Money is seeking a CA Intermediate with at least 1 year of articleship to join our Bengaluru office and assist in monthly book closure, reconciliations, and financial record-keeping.

You will work with Zoho Books, handle GST and TDS filings, prepare MIS reports and coordinate audits, supporting both internal and statutory processes. This 12-month internship offers exposure to a tech-driven financial services platform.

Qualifications

• CA Intermediate with at least 1 year of articleship completed
• Good exposure to book closure processes
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books, GST and TDS
• Experience in MIS reporting and financial statements
• Exposure to internal and statutory audits
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)

Responsibilities

• Support monthly and annual book closure, reconciliations and accruals.
• Record entries and maintain books in Zoho Books.
• Perform regular reconciliations across bank accounts and payment gateways.
• Support GST, TDS and other statutory filings, including ITC reconciliation.
• Maintain compliance trackers and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with external CAs and auditors during audits and filings.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.
• Support internal and statutory audits.

What you'll do

Accounting & Book Closure

• Support monthly and annual book closure, reconciliations and accruals
• Record entries and maintain books in Zoho Books

• Perform regular reconciliations across bank accounts and payment gateways
