TYA Suite Software Company Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking an Accounts Trainee to join our Finance & Accounts team. You will assist with daily accounting activities, document handling, and invoice processing while maintaining accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate is a fresher or has up to 1 year of experience, with a commerce/finance background (B.Com, M.Com, or BBA in Finance) and proficiency in MS Excel. Training on Tally and GST basics will be provided.

Competenze

• Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; basic GST/TDS knowledge.
• Familiar with Tally or similar accounting software.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills; good communication.

Mansioni

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain financial records, vouchers, invoices and bills.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and verify invoices and payment records.
• Assist bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Trainee to join our Finance & Accounts team. The candidate will assist with daily accounting activities, financial documentation, invoice processing, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Maintain financial records, vouchers, invoices, and bills.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist in preparing and verifying invoices and payment records.
• Help with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Maintain purchase and sales records.
• Assist with GST-related documentation and basic TDS activities.

Required Skills
