Job summary

Mindtel is seeking a finance professional to manage month-end closings, statutory compliances, and internal controls in a fast-growing tech-driven consulting environment. You will lead reconciliation efforts, assist budgeting, and support ERP initiatives across India.

The role demands strong knowledge of GST/TDS/PF/ESI and fluency with Indian GAAP/Ind AS, complemented by advanced Excel skills. A structured mentorship culture and growth-ready teams await.

Qualifications

• CA interim cleared mandatory
• Proficient in Tally ERP 9 or SAP FICO and Indian GAAP/Ind AS
• Strong GST/TDS/PF/ESI compliance and Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile month-end statements, GLs, and inter‑company transactions.
• Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax filings per Indian regulations.
• Support audit readiness with complete records and internal controls documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams during ERP implementation cycles.
• Ensure compliance with Ind AS/AS and internal policies across financial operations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile month-end financial statements, GLs, and inter-company transactions with precision and timeliness.
• Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax filings in adherence to Indian regulations.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining complete, well-documented accounting records and internal control documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance processes with business growth and ERP implementation cycles.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS/AS) and internal policy compliance across all financial operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have
• CA Interim cleared (mandatory)
• Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or SAP FICO
• Strong understanding of Indian GAAP / Ind AS
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and PF/ESI compliance
• Excel — Advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP
• Experience with financial statement preparation and reconciliation
