Job summary

Europa Locks in Pune seeks a CA Fresher to join the finance team. You will maintain the general ledger and MIS with analysis, ensure GST/TDS compliance, and assist budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.

Role involves managing payables/receivables, cash flow monitoring, cost accounting and collaboration with production, procurement, stores and sales to improve financial efficiency.

Qualifications

• CA fresher with up to 3 attempts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and MIS with analysis.
• Perform internal audits of sales and purchase registers.
• Assist budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• GST and TDS compliance and data submission.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and fund utilization.
• Oversee manufacturing costs, product costing and inventory valuation.

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate accounting records with MIS & Analysis
• Perform sales and purchase register internal audit
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS
• Prepare data for submissions of GST and income tax assessments
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations and analysis
• Monitor cash flow and fund utilization
• Monitor manufacturing costs, product costing, and inventory valuation
• Work with production, procurement, stores, and sales teams to improve financial efficiency
• Support cost optimization and profitability analysis
• Manage customer credit limits
• Handle fixed assets accounting and schedule finalisation

Qualifications
