Job summary

Revolut seeks a Senior Finance & Strategy Manager to translate high-level vision into rigorous financial blueprints that fuel our global growth. You will act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and Executive Committee, guiding capital across functions and bridging data with strategic insights.

Ideally you will develop performance metrics across markets, lead complex financial analyses, and contribute to scalable financial plans that support rapid expansion and product excellence.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data analysis, or strategic/commercial finance roles at a top-tier tech company.
• Excellent financial modelling, financial analysis, and data analysis skills.
• Proven ability to deliver results in cross-functional, high-growth environments.
• Ability to solve complex problems and produce impeccable reports and frameworks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translating company‑wide and departmental strategies from high‑level roadmaps into complex, ambitious financial plans
• Allocating capital and approving strategic investments across departments, like Marketing, Sales, Credit, Savings, etc.
• Developing insightful analysis to understand performance across countries, user segments, and promotional campaigns
• Creating structured approaches to determine how much we spend on marketing, the performance of business units, what direct P&L we track, etc.
• Deciding which financial and growth metrics to set as KPIs to set incentives and maximise performance
• Using and creating AI‑driven tools to automate and enhance financial performance monitoring
• Working on high‑impact projects with the CFO

What You’ll Need

• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting, data analysis consulting, or strategic/commercial finance roles at a top‑tier tech company
• Excellent financial modelling, financial analysis, and data analysis skills
• A proven ability to deliver results in cross‑functional, high‑growth environments
• The ability to solve complex problems and produce impeccable reports and frameworks

Nice to have

• Experience in retail banking
• A CFA, MBA, or other relevant industry certification
