Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Specialist located in Jaipur. The Finance Specialist will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting processes, conducting financial analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making. The role also involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing reports, and liaising with relevant stakeholders to communicate financial insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance and Financial Statements, with a strong understanding of budgeting, reporting, and cash flow management
• Expertise in Accounting, including reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and recommend actionable insights
• Excellent Communication skills to deliver clear and effective financial reports and collaborate with various teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of financial software and tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail
